Shipping and Delivery Policy


Standard delivery timeframes are between 5 -10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.


Exchange & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully before you buy products using the Services. We do not offer you a refund if you simply change your mind.

We will offer you a refund or exchange of items you purchase using the Services for any products that are faulty, broken, damaged or do not meet the standards set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or where you were sent the incorrect product. . From receipt of your order you have 14 days to return items with proof of purchase.

With Samsung products we can only accept an exchange of an incorrect item if the box is unopened and the seal is intact.

Where your item is faulty we may either refund you the purchase price or exchange the product for the same item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Part of an order is returned
  •  A discretionary refund
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number
  3. Reason why you are returning the product
  4. Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved
  5. Contact phone number
  6. Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
